So I was playing CoD4 on my favorite server, having fun, and suddenly i get killed and i see on the killcam that the guy that killed me is obviously hacking (he is using a aimbot) so I get upset and am ready to go to another server because i hate hackers. But before i left one guy proposes that we compete in who kills the hacker more times and we all agreed. We started trying really hard to kill him and it gets really competitive. He had an amazing aimbot and it was very hard to even get close to him but we still managed to kill him. All players on his side switched and joined our game.
So even though hackers usually spoil my fun this time we ended up having even more fun then we usually did.
I find that mildly funny

One day in a very far out land in Everquest a group of 5 people and myself were slaying giants. It takes about a hour to get there because in old EQ you didnt have flying griffons or mounts at the lower levels to get you to locations quickly. We were farming these giants only for about 10 minutes when I got a whisper from a guildmate who needed to get out of a zone with a teleport, so knowing I could bind my location with my group I offer to port my friend and use my "hearthstone" to get back. I informed my group that I will be right back and start casting my teleport spell... little did I notice that I was actually casting my GROUP teleport spell... ten seconds later myself and 5 other confused/angry players were in the middle of a desert port location, a 40 minute distance from our original farming spot. They were not amused... Looking back at it now, I sure am

I used to play a Black Mage in Final Fantasy XI. We had a spell called Warp II and if anyone in my group did anything stupid, I'd send them packing back to their hearth point on a whim. It was great!

It must have been when i just started playing world of Warcraft, I created a character on a role playing realm because I thought well its a role playing game so duh, i was like lvl 20 when i first noticed other players in the game, i was in full vendor bought wite items and i thought i was truly 1337, someone asked me where the closest flight master was but i didn't know, we were in the middle of a town with a flight master like 10yards left of us, i ran that guy all the way to the beginning area it took us 2 hours , more than 20 resurrection sicknesses but we got there eventually, when we got there the flight master was dead because the horde were raiding the town, that player still whispers me 4 years later about me being an asshole that got him killed, hes still asking for a refund, he is still lvl 23 ( he was lvl 20 at the time) but i think he found a flight master!

Raiding with my Guild in WoW was probably one of the most funniest experiences I've ever had in any game. Although we were a more 'end-game' Guild, every night our ventrilo was never silent with laughter.

One of the best moments, in my opinion, was when one of our Paladin's was running a 5man, CoT: Stratholme, for the Zombiefest Achievement (kill 100 zombies in 30 seconds) and just for giggles he made a song about the strategy and sang it on ventrilo. He was singing the strategy on how to do that achievement to the theme of the song "Celine Dion, My Heart Will Go On". Everyone on ventrilo just died from laughing, after he managed to actually sing it correctly.

One time playing WoW, while in vent with all of my guildmates, I was running through Darkshire (the town in Duskwood) on my lvl 40 (now 80) Draenei Shaman, whose name is Tempos. I was just minding my own business, and all of the sudden, a lower lvl character that I passed whispers me, "LoL, I read your name, and I thought it said Tampon." Of course, i read it out loud into vent without thinking. Now every time I log on, the guys who were on vent that day say in guild chat, "Hey, whats going on Tampon?"

So I was playing garry's mod[GMOD] (A half-life 2 mod that lets you build and do cool stuff) and I was in a server for about an hour and a half. The people that were in the server were building these really complex objects that took them nearly 2 hours. Some random guy comes in and puts these HUGE cement walls surrounding everyone's objects that they were building. On the wall he displayed a video of the famous "shock" website called *removed* or *removed* (its a clip of 2 guys having sex). For 2 hours of work their reward was a full screen image of gay sex. It was a mean thing to do, but it was hilarious to the fact that someone would actually do that.

When i was playing WoW about a year ago, me and 2 of my friend decided to make a 3v3 arena team together, i was a warrior my friends were rogue and druid, this was one of easiest setups at that time and everyone could almost get high rating with it, we couldn't because apparently i was very slow and bad, my friends kept calling me slow and saying that i was bad but we still got to 2k rating without a problem so they were just messing around with me, so we did this for a while when suddenly it was MLG 3v3 arena contest, there was an ask the cast thread on some forum where thousands of questions were asked every hour and only a few got answered on live stream.
One of my teammates thought it would be funny to ask for warrior advice for his "very bad warrior friend" , we were on ventrilo just the 2 of us when the tournament was going on. Needles to say they answered his sarcastic question about the "very bad warrior" very seriously and gave advice to get better.
20seconds later our ventrilo was flooded with people we knew from our server laughing at me because i was the "very bad warrior", i am still know as the "very bad warrior"

My buddy the newb recently got into WoW (hence the title). So I'm running around with him and we're leveling together. He decided he wanted to play on a PVP server for the extra excitement I guess, but he likes to help the other factions. Nothing wrong with that...if you know what you're doing. He's playing a druid, and while we're running through Un'Goro Crater he comes across a Blood Elf Paladin. Being the nice hospitable person he is he waves at him to show he means him no harm. Well he decides to take it to the next level and help the guy kill the mob he's fighting. So he casts 'entangling roots'...problem is he still has the BE Paladin selected from when he waved at him. Now if that isnt bad enough he still tries to help him and cast's 'Hurricane'...problem is again that we're on a PVP server and the BE Paladin is of course PVP flagged. So he's entangled him and then hit him with an AOE and now decides maybe he should leave this guy alone. He goes cheetah form and runs for it, and what does he see when he looks behind him? The dude is mounted chasing him down. My buddy the newb is running for it now, when he comes around a corner and runs into an alliance Death Knight! The paladin tries to run right past him, but gets pulled back and one hit killed by this dude. So his best intentions probably got him cussed out by the guy he tried to help but ended up getting killed.

I hope my buddy never tries to help me

in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (for nintendo DS) I was at the point where it asked me to press a stamp onto the screen. The stamp was on the top screen and the area i needed to stamp it on was at the bottom screen. I could not figure out for the life of me how to get the stamp on, and the game did not explain how. I spent an hour hitting all of the touch screen with my stylus trying to figure it out. Finally, I get frustrated and close the DS to go look it up online, and when i shut it i hear a noise, open it back up to see that the stamp was finally pressed on
